At Jen-Ken Kilns, we stand behind the quality of our American-made kilns and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your firing equipment. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping and restocking fees.

Return Process

  Contact Customer Support

  Reach out to our service team within 30 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Prepare the Kiln for Shipping

  Securely pack the item in its original wooden crate or heavy-duty cardboard packaging, ensuring all heating elements and brickwork are stabilized to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the RMA number clearly to the exterior of the package and ship the unit back to our manufacturing facility via a tracked and insured freight carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the kiln to confirm it is in new, unused condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
